Organisation: Props

For my photo shoot I don't really want that many props involved. I think I may keep it simple so that props don't detract from the cover star and so that the main image isn't too busy as I want to keep it as simple as possible. I think I may include a guitar as a prop as my artist's genre is Indie/Rock but with some acoustic so I think I will use an acoustic guitar and have my cover star play a few chords for an action shot. I like the idea of using a guitar because a guitar is a typical instrument on the cover of a magazine whether it's a live photo or not and a guitar will not make the main image look too busy it will fit in perfectly.
